Refund Policy

Event Bookings
Cancellations

- 30+ days notice: Full refund less $50 admin fee

- 14-29 days notice: 50% deposit refunded

- Less than 14 days: Deposit non-refundable

Weather Policy

Wet weather contingency plans must be discussed at booking.
No refunds for light rain at outdoor events.
Severe weather cancellations assessed case-by-case.

Changes and Postponements

Date changes are possible with minimum 14 days notice (subject to availability).
One free date change, subsequent changes incur $50 fee.

Festival Bookings

Custom refund terms apply.
Detailed in individual contracts.
