Lead Times: Party Package: Minimum 14 days notice | Festival Package: Minimum 60 days notice.
Peak season (Nov-Feb) bookings recommended 3+ months in advance.
Payment Terms: 30% deposit to secure booking. Balance due 7 days before the event.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Credit Card.
Cancellation Policy: 30+ days notice: Full refund less $50 admin fee.
14-29 days notice: 50% of deposit refunded.
Less than 14 days: Deposit non-refundable.
Postponements considered on case-by-case basis.
Service Area: Gold Coast and Hinterland: No travel fee.
Brisbane & Northern NSW: Travel fees apply.
Other locations: Upon application.
